We are always looking for opportunities to innovate, optimize, and streamline our processes to ensure we are operating as effectively and efficiently as possible. This commitment to CQI is part of everyone&#8217;s work, regardless of their role.<\/b><\/h4>\n<p>Our dedication to quality means we provide resident-directed, safe care that addresses the physical, psychological, emotional, social, spiritual, and cultural needs of each individual. We respect every resident\u2019s unique history and identity, creating an inclusive environment where quality and innovation thrive.<\/p>\n<p><br><\/p>\n<p><b style=\"color: inherit; font-family: inherit; font-size: 1.5rem; background-color: transparent;\">How We Ensure Quality<\/b><\/p>\n<p>We use a variety of methods to ensure we are meeting and exceeding quality standards:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<p><b>Listening to Our Residents and Families:<\/b> We actively seek input through annual surveys for residents, families, and staff. We also engage with residents and their families through committees and meetings to help us create targeted action plans.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>External and Internal Reviews:<\/b> Our homes undergo comprehensive annual reviews by our Operations Team to identify areas for improvement. We also incorporate any deficiencies found during routine inspections by external bodies like the Ministry of Long-Term Care, Public Health, and the Ministry of Labour into our action plans to ensure full regulatory compliance.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>CARF Accreditation:<\/b> All of our Long-Term Care homes achieved a three-year accreditation from CARF, demonstrating our commitment to the highest standards of care. This accreditation process helps us continuously improve the quality and value of our services.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<p><b>Annual Plans:<\/b> Each of our homes develops an annual Quality Plan, and we submit a focused Quality Improvement Plan to Health Quality Ontario.
