Our rooms do come fully furnished, but residents are encouraged to personalize their space with pictures and other familiar items. Please note that while we encourage personalization, we prioritize the well-being of our residents and may need to limit or deny personal items that do not adhere to our home\u2019s guidelines.<\/p><p>We have a beautiful sun room which is enjoyed by residents all year round, and we have outdoor sitting areas for use in good weather. Our indoor lounges are equipped with cable television and there is a computer for resident use.<\/p><p>Our home has an active Resident&#8217;s Council and a wide variety of recreational programs. We have an incredible hand-bell choir who practice weekly and a large group of dedicated volunteers work with residents to enhance their quality of life in many ways.<\/p><p>In addition to nursing and medical care, our residents have access to on-site physiotherapy, a dietitian, and pharmacist as well as other visiting health care professionals. <strong>All our Resident rooms now have air a residential area of St. Thomas.<\/b><\/h5><p>You will notice from the moment you enter our home that it has a family-like atmosphere. With only 60 beds our staff can really get to know our residents and provide that extra level of care.<\/p><p>We have three different types of accommodations available; semi private, private and deluxe private. Our all-inclusive rates include meals and snacks, laundry, housekeeping, medication administration\/monitoring and most in house activities.<\/p><p>Our nutritious meals are served in our bright dining room, we serve a hearty breakfast with residents are given their choice of entree for lunch and supper. We also offer self-serve snacks throughout the day.<\/p><p>Our Activity Assistant offers a variety of planned activities and you also have the option to participate in large group activities in the Nursing home if you wish.
