We at Caressant Care welcome feedback from our residents and their family members

I would like to recognise the wonderful care being delivered to residents of Caressant Care Nursing Homes. Working in long term care is very demanding and difficult work, and I know there are many challenges, including being short staffed at times. Despite this, the staff do an excellent job of looking after the residents. I personally have seen at first hand the caring way the staff at the Woodstock site interact with their residents. I used to go there on a daily basis because my mother in law is a resident there. I was helping my partner care for his father; for three years he took his father every day to see his mother and help with mealtimes. He and I both consistently saw staff members be warm and compassionate with residents, even when they were pressed for time. His father is now a resident of the Woodstock Retirement Home, and unfortunately currently unable to visit his wife due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Even with the added difficulties caused by the pandemic, you have all risen to the challenge in such an exceptional way. People really do make the difference, and I sincerely thank you all. Thank you to CC Retirement Home for helping my mom be happy again. We moved her from another retirement home in town and so happy we did. She has made new friends and stays busy with all the activities in the home.

I am very happy with the care and compassion attitude my dad has received at this facility. We appreciate the good care, excellent medical attention and warm welcoming atmosphere, and all the amazing staff! We are very pleased with the excellent care he is receiving. He could not get better care. He is always kept clean!

Very warm, friendly atmosphere and excellent care for my parents. Palliative care for my father has been excellent.
