You will have the opportunity to enjoy the fine cuisine of nearby community restaurants or to venture out on a shopping trip, or enjoy in-house activities including daily exercises, monthly Happy Hour, horticulture, baking, Tim Horton’s coffee hour, musical entertainment, sensory programs, weekly music therapy, Wii, and card games. Smaller group get together also foster resident friendships within the Home. Residents’ Council meets monthly giving input into every department of the Home as well as determining activities. The monthly Resident Food Committee meeting, in conjunction with Residents’ Council, determines a special choice meal and a cultural meal each month, along with ongoing input into the menu.

Televisions are located throughout the building keeping residents up to date with local and world news, the weather, what’s happening in the Home, and the Menu for each meal. Come join your fellow residents for favorite talk shows, sports, movies, and TV programs in the Front or back Lounge. Residents, Families and Staff enjoy the Annual Family Picnic, Halloween Party and Christmas Party. You will make new friends, have many laughs, and enjoyable times here at our home.
